Two Kinds Of Life

There are two kinds of life, physical and spiritual. Physical life is temporary. Spiritual life is eternal. There are two kinds of birth, physical and spiritual. There are two kinds of death, physical and spiritual.

Physical life begins for each of us when we are conceived. Physical birth is when we come out of our mother’s wombs and become part of physical families. Physical death is when our hearts stop beating and our spirits leave our physical bodies.

We are all born spiritually dead. Spiritual death is separation from God, the source of spiritual life. We all inherit spiritual death from Adam and Eve. Spiritual life begins in each of us when we are born again by receiving Jesus into our hearts and becoming children of God, connected to the source of spiritual life, born into the family of God and adopted into the family of God. He is then living in us and we are then living in Him. At that moment we pass from spiritual death unto spiritual life. We who have spiritual life shall one day be taken to Heaven and shall inhabit eternal spiritual bodies.
